The Lace-mix dresses uniqueness comes from the craftsmanship and intricate detail of knit lace. The combination of a high, boatneck and a more loose, straight cut results in a more angular silhouette. Because of the seethrough nature of the lace it’s a great layering piece. You can get it in mini, midi and maxi lengths. The latter two have an additional detail in the skirt, namely two slits on the sides for easter movement and to add movement to the fabric. 

As a summer staple this dresses can be layered with an extremely lightweight cotton dress or be worn as a beach dress, over swimsuits. Even in the winter we can never go wrong with it, wearing it over a dress or jumpers. The difference in colour and texture between the layers adds an extra dimension to the garment, to the combination of them.

The intricate lace pattern is already visually interesting, so I do not advise to go too overboard with the accessories, sometimes less is moer. Even so, a belt can transform this dress, adding shape and definition to is. Both for a casual, little bit sporty styling or an elegant outfit this is a great addition.
